Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our operations team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or to the original method of payment, within 14 days of approval on refund. In case of any additional details required for processing the refund our team will get in touch with request for additional details for processing refund.
- Refunds may be supported for select banks. Where a bank is not supported for processing refunds, you will be required to share alternate bank account details with us for processing the refund.
- We may also request you for additional documents for verification.
- Refund shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Replacement or Exchange Terms (if applicable)
Items which are found to be defective or damaged will only be replaced after inspection done by our Team. If you need to claim the replacement for your defective or damaged item, send us an email —————with Order No as Reference. Once Approved by Operations Team, please send the items to the following address below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for return items are non-refundable. If your items are Un-delivered and returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location/ delivery address, it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR.10000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless a tracking ID is supplied to us for the return item once upon dispatching.
PURCHASE POLICY
Order processing times:
- Once the order is received a confirmation E-mail will be notified (if not received kindly go and check your profile then to “MY Orders” for confirmation.). Once shipping is ready another “Ready for shipment” mail will be notified.
- Shipment will be made only by third party / Private agencies. Ensure your location / delivery address is accessible for delivery.
- Order can be made cancelled only on/before shipment.
- For self-pickup order from our outlets, kindly inform the order/ purchase No or online receipt before pickup.
- For all orders (other than self-pickup), shipping charge is applicable and non-refundable. Shipping charge may vary based on your delivery address.
Compliance with Laws:
- As required by applicable law, if the Customer makes a purchase of an amount equal to or above INR 2 00 000.00, the Customer will be required to upload a scanned copy of his/her PAN card on the Platform, within 4 days of making the purchase, failing which, the purchase made by the Customer will be cancelled. The requirement to submit the PAN card arises only once and if it has been submitted once by the Customer, it need not be submitted again. The order of the Customer shall stand cancelled if there is a discrepancy between the name of the Customer and the name on the PAN Card.
