Returns (if applicable)
You can review the most current version of the Refund policy at any time at this page. Our store policy lasts 3-14 days (based on products) from the date of purchase. If 3-14 days (based on products) have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange against your return under any circumstance.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.
Some types of products are exempt from being returned cannot be returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (Order No & Order Date). Any damage incurred to the items while returning them back for replacement or exchange, the sender has to bear the cost of damage incurred.
Non-Returnable items include:
3D Filaments (any size, material and manufacturer)
3D Printed Parts – Custom made 3D Printed Parts through 3D Printing Services
3D Printers (custom made for specific purpose)
Support & Spare Items
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
a. Damages due to misuse of product;
b. Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
c. Any item which has been used/installed;
d. Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
e. Digital products/services (books, software etc.)
f. Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Replacement or Exchange Terms (if applicable)
Items which are found to be defective or damaged will only be replaced after inspection done by our Team. If you need to claim the replacement for your defective or damaged item, send us an email —————with Order No as Reference. Once Approved by Operations Team, please send the items to the following address below:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for return items are non-refundable. If your items are Un-delivered and returned, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location/ delivery address, it may take time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over INR.10000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless a tracking ID is supplied to us for the return item once upon dispatching.
